CANTON – April 20, 2016 — As organizers plan for the second Collinsville HOT event on July 16, the idea is to incorporate many of the elements from last year while tweaking a few details, the Canton Compass reported.
Bob Bessel, a board member for Canton Main Street, the umbrella organization for the event, estimates that some 4,000 people enjoyed last year’s festivities. “We started this thing with high hopes and it exceeded all of them last year,” Bessel said. “We’re really excited about doing even better this year.”
Many of the major aspect of the event, such as fire dancers, a chalk walk, live music and an artisan fair are set to remain. Read more at the Canton Compass.
